Our promoters Ellis Live have their own ticket website called ‘Ticket Nation’. We use other ticketing websites but if in doubt use this one!

Please get in touch with your point of purchase, this will most likely be Ticket Nation OR the venue. We (the band) don’t handle tickets.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind all our merchandise are hand packed and sent out by us (the band) and may take up to 2-3 weeks during busy times. 

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you should get email updates and tracking information for your delivery. Contact us if you think there is a problem with your order or tracking.

When trying on our merchandise we found them to be true to size and a regular ‘comfort’ fit. If you want a more fitted look we suggest buying a size down.

If something doesn’t fit, isn’t right, or isn’t wanted, you can send it back to us for a replacement or a refund.

Please send the item with a note explaining the problem.

This is the business owned by our Director, Darren (…the tambourine man!) and his wife Sam. ‘Northern Live – Do I Love You’ is the name of our band and show.
